I started my online business because I reached a point in life where things had changed, and I wanted more control over my schedule. As I’ve gotten older, I realized that I needed to prioritize my well-being and take charge of what truly matters to me. Life’s changes often require adjustments, and I found myself needing to create movement in my life. Motion, for me, represents energy, and energy is vital to living fully. I’ve always been active, carrying a football, basketball, soccer ball, and other sports equipment in the trunk of my old Grand Am as a kid. After returning from the Service, I continued to stay engaged in various activities, whether it was playing sports, dancing, or competing in games like darts or bowling. But as time passed, people’s priorities shifted, and scheduling time for those activities became more difficult.

Now, I’m focused on revitalizing my life and spirit. Recently, I completed a 40-day fast, and the results were transformative. I lost weight, my thoughts became clearer, and I regained energy. This journey made me want to share my experience with others and encourage people to be more active in their own lives. My online business is a way to inspire and empower others to find the energy and movement they need to improve their well-being and stay engaged with life’s activities.
